Responsibilities
Develop and maintain test plans in collaboration with the integrator's test manager.
Ensure the test strategy is aligned with the overall project schedule and objectives.
Coordinate internal and external teams to plan and track testing activities.
Plan, organize, and manage testing efforts across ERP modules.
Collaborate with business analysts and subject-matter experts to create detailed test cases.
Oversee manual test execution and document results in JIRA.
Track and manage defects using JIRA and Power BI.
Produce regular reports on test progress and key metrics.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years' experience in test coordination or test management, preferably on ERP implementation projects (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or equivalent).
Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly finance and procurement modules and core business processes.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Power BI).
Extensive experience in planning, executing, and managing various types of testing (integration, UAT, regression, etc.).
Strong command of testing methodologies and defect-tracking tools.
Previous experience collaborating with an ERP integrator.
