About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test plans in collaboration with the integrator's test manager.
- Ensure the test strategy is aligned with the overall project schedule and objectives.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to plan and track testing activities.
- Plan, organize, and manage testing efforts across ERP modules.
- Collaborate with business analysts and subject-matter experts to create detailed test cases.
- Oversee manual test execution and document results in JIRA.
- Track and manage defects using JIRA and Power BI.
- Produce regular reports on test progress and key metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in test coordination or test management, preferably on ERP implementation projects (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly finance and procurement modules and core business processes.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Power BI).
- Extensive experience in planning, executing, and managing various types of testing (integration, UAT, regression, etc.).
- Strong command of testing methodologies and defect-tracking tools.
- Previous experience collaborating with an ERP integrator.
