About the role

  • Work closely with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Data Infrastructure Engineers.
  • Work closely with Meta’s internal engineering teams supporting key enterprise applications and development platforms.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for resolving engineering inquiries and requests.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on various products and tools to aid and improve Meta’s engineering productivity.
  • Leverage the knowledge and experience for continuous improvement of Meta’s products and platforms.
  • Communicate (verbally / writing posts), build strong relationships with our partner teams, and deliver quality service.

Requirements

  • BSc/Associate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field
  • Experience with data analytics or log validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Tableau, Grafana, or similar)
  • Familiarity with mobile debugging tools (e.g., Flipper, Android Studio, Xcode debugger)
  • Solid programming skills in at least one of: Python, C++, PHP, JavaScript, Java, or Swift
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as part of onboarding.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building with a diverse, global, and cross-functional team
  • Basic fluency with development tools (Python, SQL, PHP, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Ability to work in rapidly changing environment and quickly learn new technologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a clear focus under pressure
  • Ability to rapidly assess, analyze, and resolve/troubleshoot issues and distill into clear and concise communications
  • Fluency in English
