Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- At least 2+ years of engineering management experience.
- Proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services in a very hands-on manner while leading a team of highly competent engineers
- Experience hiring and running high performing teams via processes and sound engineering practices
- Deep understanding of what high-quality code and software engineering processes look like, and the ability to foster an environment that promotes them.
- Familiarity with GenAI frameworks/tools, Python, GoLang, Docker, Postgres, MongoDB.
- Background in AI/LLM infrastructure.
