About the role
- Engineer, Remote Support at Rockwell Automation providing technical support to Dutch speaking clients. Role involves knowledgebase creation and exceptional customer service over phone and email.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers including end-user Operators, OEMs, Developers, System Administrators, Field Consultants, and Engineers.
- Team member of our Controller hardware team where you will work with leading Logix controller systems and related products.
- Create and publish knowledgebase articles.
- Provide exceptional customer service from start to resolution for each issue.
- In most cases, this support will be provided by phone and email.
- In this role work takes place on shift mode from Monday to Friday between 8-17.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems (other degrees considered based on relevance to the role)
- Fluent English and Dutch language skills are mandatory for the role.
- Knowledge of the product range and applications of industrial automation in connection with software solutions and IT systems.
- Knowledge of VMWare, (Windows Servers), Ethernet networking, HMI systems.
- Knowledge of PLCs.
