About the role

  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers including end-user Operators, OEMs, Developers, System Administrators, Field Consultants, and Engineers.
  • Team member of our Controller hardware team where you will work with leading Logix controller systems and related products.
  • Create and publish knowledgebase articles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service from start to resolution for each issue.
  • In most cases, this support will be provided by phone and email.
  • In this role work takes place on shift mode from Monday to Friday between 8-17.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems (other degrees considered based on relevance to the role)
  • Fluent English and Dutch language skills are mandatory for the role.
  • Knowledge of the product range and applications of industrial automation in connection with software solutions and IT systems.
  • Knowledge of VMWare, (Windows Servers), Ethernet networking, HMI systems.
  • Knowledge of PLCs.
