Responsibilities
- Participate in improvement initiatives
- Structure action plans in coordination with Production PPC (Planning and Control)
- Diagnose the existing project management approach
- Establish standards and methodologies required to standardize the management of industrial projects
- Lead the network of "ICP" assignees in each UEP (production unit)
- Lead improvement projects focused on information flows or shop floor activities
- Support the deployment of KAIZEN within small teams
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Continuous Improvement, Industrial Performance, or a related field
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering
- Experience with Power BI
- Familiarity with industrial environments and processes
- Rigour and proactivity
- Analytical and synthesis skills, and adaptability
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Strong interest in technical subjects and the industrial sector
- Organizational skills and a methodical approach
