Responsibilities
Advise client on all aspects of business functions, domains, and services to capture requirements.
Serve as primary day-to-day point of contact between project teams, EXL senior leadership, and client stakeholders.
Develop business plans to enable successful execution of strategy.
Analyze and break-down complex problems using quantitative analysis, data visualization, KPIs, scorecards, and experimental test design.
Communicate solutions and complex technical projects to senior-level audiences.
Coach direct and indirect reports on personal growth and analytical skills by conducting training on leading analytical tools and techniques including Hadoop, Hive, Python, R, SAS, Scala, Spark, Power BI and SQL.
This position will require up to 10% travel within the U.S. to client sites and other EXL offices. Position may work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the US. Telecommuting permitted.
Requirements
Requires Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related IT field plus five (5) years of Related professional experience.
Must have at least five (5) years of experience with the following: Advanced knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods, Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R), Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) concepts, Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Azure DevOps Jira) & Agile methodology.
Must have at least two (2) years of experience with the following: Understanding of data management and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
