Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth execution of engagements, the quality of deliverables, and client satisfaction
Manage engagements with high standards and hands-on involvement
Participate in RFPs and tenders alongside the sales teams to identify and qualify technical opportunities
Design and present architectures and technical solutions that meet client needs, in collaboration with our technical teams
Lead technical committees and strategic reviews
Develop and nurture the Nantes tech ecosystem network
Facilitate knowledge sharing across projects
Requirements
Minimum 10 years' experience in software development and software architecture
Significant experience in an IT services company (ESN) or technology consulting firm
Recognized expertise across multiple technologies and ecosystems (Java, Cloud, Distributed Architecture, etc.)
Deep understanding of the business challenges related to technology
Proven track record in responding to complex RFPs and tenders
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ease interacting with senior-level stakeholders
Natural leadership and ability to bring technical teams together
Commercial acumen and strong business awareness
Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts
Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
