Orchestrer la réalisation des projets digitaux (plateformes web, e‑commerce, CRM, applications mobiles)
Coordonner équipes pluridisciplinaires (design, dev, UX/UI, intégration) internes et partenaires
Garantir respect des délais, du budget et de la qualité, piloter KPIs et reporting
Anticiper les risques, lever les blocages
Contribuer à la stratégie, à l'innovation et au développement commercial : réponses aux appels d’offres, négociations contractuelles, identification de leviers de croissance, recommandations digitales, co‑construction de feuilles de route
Veille technologique et sectorielle
Requirements
7 ans ou plus d’expérience en pilotage de projets digitaux (web, e‑commerce, marketplace...)
Expérience idéale en ESN ou en Agence
Expertise avérée dans le pilotage de projets complexes multi‑métiers et multi‑intervenants
Solide culture digitale et connaissance des technologies : CMS, frameworks front/back, solutions cloud
Maîtrise des méthodes de gestion de projet : Agile (Scrum, Kanban) et/ou cycle en V
Aisance relationnelle et excellente communication avec toutes les parties prenantes
Leadership, esprit entrepreneurial et sens du service client
Anglais professionnel indispensable
