Responsibilities
- Daily management of solar plants, reporting, compliance tracking, and account management
- Daily production monitoring in Locus with proactive mitigation of real-time issues
- Coordination with main contractors for maintenance and operational compliance
- Coordinate monthly invoicing for all portfolios
- Assist FP&A in financial administration for operating projects
- Support day-to-day management of Community Solar program
- Monthly/Annual operational reports and ensure timely delivery to relevant counterparties
- Ensure compliance with requirements for various project agreements
- Maintain formalized database tracking operations, insurance, system repairs, and financial reporting
- Foster relationships, drive deliverables, and ensure contract compliance with third parties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement
- Proven ability to perform accurately (data analysis) and timely (deliverable deadlines)
- Strong computational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
