Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop the EMEA Order Management team, ensuring high performance and engagement in a fast-paced environment.
Champion a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across regions and teams.
Oversee daily operations of Order Management, including order processing, invoicing, license management, etc.
Ensure the team meets and exceeds global Order Management KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement in quality and speed of resolution.
Implement new processes and/or drive business process maturity, scalability and procedures in alignment with global Order Management counterparts in the Americas and APAC regions.
Collaborate closely with regional sales teams and global Order Management colleagues to support sales initiatives and operational excellence.
Support the EMEA Order Management team on complex transactions and business escalations, ensuring customer and partner satisfaction while enforcing business rules and policies.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Act as escalation point for complex order issues and ensure timely resolution.
Represent EMEA OM in global projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
3-5 years of proven people leadership skills, ideally with experience managing teams in a global B2B environment and/or within a channel sales go to market strategy.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
Continuous improvement and operational excellence mindset.
Experience driving change management and process optimization.
Experience with Salesforce a plus.
Ability to balance strategic projects with daily operational needs, maintaining high quality and productivity.
Customer-centric approach and strong service orientation.
Experience in SaaS/software or technology sector preferred.
