About the role

  • Ensuring all assigned clients’ payrolls being processed by deadlines
  • Responding to assigned client’s queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure all employee records are accurately maintained
  • Processing end-to-end payroll
  • Reconciliation of payroll reports and data
  • Provide product training when/if requested by clients
  • Collecting clients’ feedback regarding system bugs/enhancement and report to team leader
  • Support Team Leader with ad-hoc task when/if required

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A knack for troubleshooting / problem solving
  • Good understanding of AU payroll legislation
  • High attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • A good attitude with fast-learning ability
  • Strong time management and priority setting skills
  • Good understanding of customer service with customer-focused mindset
