- Payroll Consultant ensuring timely processing of payroll for Australian clients. Collaborating with team members and addressing client queries in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all assigned clients’ payrolls being processed by deadlines
- Responding to assigned client’s queries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all employee records are accurately maintained
- Processing end-to-end payroll
- Reconciliation of payroll reports and data
- Provide product training when/if requested by clients
- Collecting clients’ feedback regarding system bugs/enhancement and report to team leader
- Support Team Leader with ad-hoc task when/if required
