E-Commerce Manager developing and managing the Shopify web shop and customer experience for Naughty Nuts. Focused on optimizing performance and leading strategic customer success initiatives.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for the heart of Naughty Nuts: our Shopify webshop
You plan and lead the shop relaunch next year and ensure everything runs smoothly
You analyze performance, drive CRO measures (Conversion Rate Optimization) and actively improve the customer experience
You create landing pages and work closely with the performance marketing team to test new funnel and customer journey approaches
You maintain the shop backend, manage product launches and ensure our shop is always up to date
You develop strategies, processes and automations to increase customer satisfaction
You lead and coach our operational customer service representative
You regularly analyze customer feedback, identify pain points and derive optimization measures for service and the shop
During vacations or busy periods you step in operationally and support customer support so our customers always receive the best possible experience
Requirements
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in e‑commerce / Shopify
You have a solid understanding of Shopify, digital processes and tools such as Zendesk
You love analyzing data, identifying weaknesses and improving things
You work in a structured, hands‑on way and never lose sight of the goal: delivering the best customer experience
You are eager to take responsibility, make an impact and be part of a motivated, creative team
