About the role
- Director of Strategy & Operations partnering with EU General Manager at Genmab. Overseeing strategic planning, operational execution, and organizational development in the European market.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a thought partner to the EU GM in translating vision into actionable strategies
- Drive cross-functional planning, goal setting, and tracking processes

Requirements
- At least 8 years of executive-level experience
- Extensive project management experience in a medical or commercial operations area within the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sector
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling commercial or cross-functional operations within a biopharma or life sciences setting
- Strategic thinker with a track record of operational excellence
- Skilled at influencing senior leaders and enabling team effectiveness without direct authority
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and solve unstructured problems
- Cultural ambassador with a strong sense of identity and purpose
- Fluency in English required
