About the role
- Director, Retirement Planner responsible for guiding workplace retirement plan participants. Collaborating with a cross-functional team to achieve client financial success.
Responsibilities
- Deliver fundamental and complex guidance to workplace retirement plan participants
- Facilitate high-quality 1:1 meetings with retirement plan participants, including basic plan overviews and more complex income planning and portfolio reviews
- Partner with the team to consistently deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
- Grow Personal & Workplace Investments business in your region
- Create plan level opportunities and drive crossover relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- 10 years minimum investment sales/financial planning experience
- Series 7,63, 65/66 (required)
- Life and annuity licenses (required)
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation will be required to obtain if you do not currently possess it.
- Participant sales experience
- Proven track record in generating sales and managing relationships with high net worth clients
