About the role

  • Deliver fundamental and complex guidance to workplace retirement plan participants
  • Facilitate high-quality 1:1 meetings with retirement plan participants, including basic plan overviews and more complex income planning and portfolio reviews
  • Partner with the team to consistently deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Grow Personal & Workplace Investments business in your region
  • Create plan level opportunities and drive crossover relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • 10 years minimum investment sales/financial planning experience
  • Series 7,63, 65/66 (required)
  • Life and annuity licenses (required)
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation will be required to obtain if you do not currently possess it.
  • Participant sales experience
  • Proven track record in generating sales and managing relationships with high net worth clients
