Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in business strategy and program leadership
- Well-developed planning and project management skills
- Experience leading multi-year roadmaps and managing large-scale program portfolios
- Proven ability to chair cross-functional steering committees
- Strong process and change management capabilities
- Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a customer-first culture
- Ownership of recommendations to senior leadership
- University degree in a relevant field; postgraduate degree or professional designation preferred
