About the role

  • Define and evolve the global traffic strategy across paid media, SEO and emerging channels to support all stages of the conversion funnel.
  • Develop and maintain an optimal media mix across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic and other advertising platforms.
  • Drive the development of remarketing strategies and orchestration of customer journeys tailored to user intent and funnel stage.
  • Manage multi-million dollar budgets effectively with a focus on ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR and audience growth metrics.
  • Coach and lead a team of media strategists to ensure performance and continuous development.
  • Design robust experimentation and attribution frameworks for TOFU awareness initiatives and demand generation.
  • Foster collaboration between growth, creative and analytics teams to ensure performance reporting and optimization across the funnel.
  • Monitor platform changes, market trends and competitors to stay at the cutting edge of the industry.
  • Build operational processes and tools that enable rapid experimentation and real-time optimization across channels.
  • Promote a data- and performance-driven culture within the traffic team and the broader growth organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital acquisition or traffic generation roles.
  • Proven success managing multi-channel traffic campaigns with measurable impact on revenue and user growth.
  • Strong command of paid acquisition levers and KPIs (Google, Meta, Microsoft, programmatic) and organic channels (SEO, brand, social).
  • Excellent understanding of funnel dynamics — TOFU, MOFU, BOFU — and cross-channel remarketing strategies.
  • Experience leading teams, managing budgets and developing large-scale acquisition strategies.
  • Hands-on proficiency with GA4, BI dashboards (Power BI) and attribution methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration between product, data and creative teams.
  • Experience deploying AI tools or automation systems for media buying or performance reporting.
