About the role

  • Define and execute roadmaps and day-to-day development of consumer and KCP websites, mobile apps, and customer portals.
  • Translate business objectives into digital product strategies balancing short-term performance with long-term innovation.
  • Champion customer-first solutions to enhance user experience, accessibility, and personalization across web and mobile.
  • Define and analyze KPI metrics; use data insights to prioritize features and measure impact.
  • Create and own product vision and roadmap aligned with KCNA strategic goals and operational requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholder teams to define objectives, strategic priorities, and meet critical launch timelines.
  • Use UX/CX insights, customer journey maps, and personas to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Serve as resident expert on strategic product development; establish product management best practices, governance, and processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers; instill a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Partner on integrations and work with 3rd party marketing platforms to deliver personalized experiences; maintain MarTech health.
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (business, marketing, technology, legal) and share learnings.
  • Investigate and analyze MarTech tools (analytics, tagging, data management, personalization/optimization) to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and ensure products evolve to meet customer expectations and business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in digital experience strategy and product management
  • Proficient in defining, analyzing, documenting, and communicating product and software requirements in an agile development environment
  • Strong business acumen; ability to develop and present business cases and influence senior leaders
  • Proven ability to secure funding approval for multi-year digital roadmaps
  • Recognized expert consensus builder who drives change across organizational boundaries
  • Passion for elevating the customer and user experience
  • Experience leading organizations through influence without direct authority or control
  • Experience leading significant tech change in a large enterprise in modern tech capabilities
  • Experience managing teams of 4-10 (FTEs plus contract support)
  • Proven track record working in a highly matrixed organization on high-profile projects
  • Passion for solving complex problems with a data-first mindset
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a team-orientated, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
