About the role

  • transform online, category, and shopper data into actionable insights for commercial planning and digital growth
  • review performance across key platforms including DTC, marketplaces, and eRetailers
  • deliver strategic recommendations to support category development
  • develop data-driven omnichannel strategies based on customer behaviour and competitive landscape
  • lead the upward reporting of omnichannel performance across the EU
  • monitor competitor activity and pricing across channels

Requirements

  • 5+ years in ecommerce insights and digital analytics
  • deep understanding of eCommerce ecosystems including DTC, marketplaces, and eRetailers
  • strong analytical skills with experience in data visualisation tools such as Power BI/Tableau
  • proven ability to distil insights from data and communicate them effectively across teams
  • experience in omnichannel strategy and performance optimisation
  • strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
