Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth across national, strategic, government, and regional accounts.
Builds strong customer and vendor relationships, enhances internal collaboration, and leads cross-functional initiatives to deliver sustainable business results.
Develops and implements sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
Leads sales planning, forecasting, and reporting aligned with business objectives.
Manages a team of 8+ associates through clear goal setting, performance monitoring, and coaching.
Analyzes sales and customer data to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Oversees the development of sales processes and accountability metrics for national and inside sales associates.
Drives continuous improvement in inside sales operations to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
Ensures alignment of compensation plans and performance expectations across account types.
Requirements
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
Proven experience in sales strategy, planning, or financial analysis within a complex customer environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage direct and indirect reports.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Experience leading successful partnerships within an organization, sales focus preferred.
