Responsibilities
Responsible for establishing and expanding the assigned segment
Develop innovative ideas and strategies to achieve growth targets
Structured, targeted and professional acquisition of new clients
Develop strategies based on market observations
Manage existing clients and provide key account management
Lead placement processes for national and international mandates
Act as KEYPLAYER's brand ambassador in your segment
Expand the adviser board for the segment and coordinate with advisers
Requirements
At least five to ten years of operational professional experience from industry or management consulting, with a personal affinity for business development
Alternatively, many years of experience in a senior recruitment firm (interim and/or executive search) with a deep understanding of operational perspectives and requirements for roles and candidates
Strategic foresight for segment expansion
