About the role

  • Responsible for establishing and expanding the assigned segment
  • Develop innovative ideas and strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Structured, targeted and professional acquisition of new clients
  • Develop strategies based on market observations
  • Manage existing clients and provide key account management
  • Lead placement processes for national and international mandates
  • Act as KEYPLAYER's brand ambassador in your segment
  • Expand the adviser board for the segment and coordinate with advisers

Requirements

  • At least five to ten years of operational professional experience from industry or management consulting, with a personal affinity for business development
  • Alternatively, many years of experience in a senior recruitment firm (interim and/or executive search) with a deep understanding of operational perspectives and requirements for roles and candidates
  • Strategic foresight for segment expansion
  • Structured, conscientious working style and entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • Professional, polished appearance
  • Highest standards of quality and customer orientation
  • Innovative problem-solver with entrepreneurial spirit and commitment
  • Professional and resilient network at decision-maker level within upper mid-market companies or corporate groups
