Responsibilities
Manage all large-scale sales and operations activities or a major support sub-function offering specialized services to Desjardins Group
Administrate unit’s service offer, develop and implement business plan, and oversee activities supporting strategic orientations
Define strategic priorities with the vice-president
Develop and deliver the administrative department’s business plan
Apply management and communication practices encouraging change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, mobilization, and diversity
Ensure implementation of activities related to the unit’s services
Manage individual and team performance
Continuously improve management processes
Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of ten years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
