About the role

  • Manage all large-scale sales and operations activities or a major support sub-function offering specialized services to Desjardins Group
  • Administrate unit’s service offer, develop and implement business plan, and oversee activities supporting strategic orientations
  • Define strategic priorities with the vice-president
  • Develop and deliver the administrative department’s business plan
  • Apply management and communication practices encouraging change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, mobilization, and diversity
  • Ensure implementation of activities related to the unit’s services
  • Manage individual and team performance
  • Continuously improve management processes
  • Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of ten years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
