Responsibilities
Lead Identity Solutions – US markets within the Global Fraud Solutions (GFS) organization
Transform TransUnion’s rich data assets & capabilities to inform comprehensive and robust identity resolution, identity verification and validation, and identity fraud mitigation
Responsible for leading a team of experts and delivering market-leading comprehensive identity solutions
Work across all phases of the product life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace, management and retirement
Collaborate closely with other product/solutions managers, GT, InfoSec, Operations, and go-to-market teams
Manage overall product health including the product backlog, ongoing product support and product sunset strategies
Capture VOC from clients and support customer engagements in the US
Define solution intent and determine high-level capabilities, and drive appropriate prioritization
Monitor and analyze product financials, KPIs, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape
Requirements
7+ years experience managing fraud solutions in a leader capacity, being responsible for solutions development, deployment, and commercialization
10+ years experience in consulting, product management, technology, and/or operations
Experience and deep familiarity with fraud trends and fraud solutions (identity ‘e.g., alerts, ML models, OFAC/KYC/AML, document verification’, device risk, contact center)
Experience defining product requirements and roadmaps for data and/or technical solutions
Proven experience in identifying net new market opportunities, translating it to actionable strategy and outcomes
Proven ability to create compelling and effective communication, cross-functionally and at all levels
Strong collaborator with a problem-solving, design-thinking, customer-centric mindset; highly curious
