About the role
- Lead the Grid Operations team managing a diverse portfolio of client projects
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the Grid Operations team
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to enhance Grid Operations and Modernization acumen
- Conduct performance review and feedback sessions with direct reports
- Partner with Client Development to scope, estimate, and create Statement of Work (SOW) for new business
Requirements
- Eight plus years of experience as a System Operator, Dispatcher for electric transmission and/or distribution
- Two plus years presenting electrical or operations training; experience creating simulation scenarios
- Experience with ABB, OSI, GE, or Schneider Electric systems and tools
- Bachelor of Science degree in an Electrical Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
