• Director overseeing influencer marketing strategies, leading campaigns for B2C brands at Zeno Group in Chicago. Managing teams and client relationships to achieve impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer and creator strategies that align with client goals.
• Manage multiple, concurrent creator marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the entire influencer campaign lifecycle, including identification, negotiation, management, and reporting.
• Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor to clients.
• Provide strong leadership and coaching to junior team members.
• Make strategic recommendations based on expertise in influencer marketing.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, influencers, and trends.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Experience developing and leading influencer strategy across B2C brands.
• Experience in numerous client presentations and with tough Q&A conversations.
• Experience with top consumer brands.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects/clients.
• Foundational knowledge and experience in influencer whitelisting, paid social media and analytics/reporting.
• Strong ability to bring strategies to life through creative, client-ready deck development.
• Strong problem-solving and natural leadership, with previous experience managing others.
• Strong project and account management skills.
