Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and execute digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Oversee the trafficking process to ensure all ads are accurately placed and optimized for performance, meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign metrics, using data to make proactive adjustments and drive campaign success.
Uploading and editing content on the Mediaplanet owned platforms through the CMS (WordPress).
Work closely with creative, account management, and partner platforms to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform guidelines, industry standards, and deliver the highest level of quality.
Prepare and present campaign performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.
Requirements
2+ years in digital advertising and traffic management, ideally within a media agency environment.
Proficient in ad platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and comfortable using analytics tools to track and optimize performance.
Knowledgeable in SEO and confident working with web editing in WordPress or similar CMS.
Strong ability to interpret data, measure campaign success, and implement data-driven optimizations.
Exceptional ability to juggle multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Clear and confident communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and a problem-solving approach.
Understanding of digital trends and media consumption habits in the Canadian market is a significant advantage.
