Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams to align on priorities, requirements, and deliverables.
Support technical and UX discussions to help shape and refine solutions.
Identify and address blockers, ensuring smooth progress across project phases.
Facilitate communication among internal teams and external partners, maintaining transparency and alignment.
Track and report on project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Promote continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and usability.
Share knowledge and insights within the team to support learning and collaboration.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience coordinating or managing digital projects
Strong communication and organizational skills
Good understanding of user experience (UX) principles
Experience working closely with development teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or related fields
Project Management certification (Agile, PMP, Scrum) is a plus
Experience coordinating digital or tech projects (UX/UI, e-commerce, system implementation) using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana
Ability to track milestones, risks, and KPIs through Excel or Power BI
Strong interpersonal skills to align developers, designers, and business stakeholders
