About the role

  • Lead the planning and delivery of priority initiatives across HP.com, from scope definition through launch.
  • Define clear objectives, success metrics, and requirements in partnership with business, UX, content, and technology stakeholders.
  • Anticipate and resolve risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership, design, marketing, commerce, and content teams to align execution with business strategy.
  • Act as the voice of the product vision in execution forums—translating strategic goals into day-to-day actions.
  • Foster transparency and accountability across global stakeholders, creating shared ownership of outcomes.
  • Build and evolve workflows, governance models, and delivery practices that accelerate speed-to-market while maintaining quality.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure initiative health, team performance, and business impact.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in product or program management for large-scale digital platforms, ideally within global tech or eCommerce.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, UX principles, and agile delivery frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in tools such as AEM, Jira, Confluence, Workfront, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; product management or agile certification a plus.
