Responsibilities
- You will identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance performance.
- You will develop and maintain a continuous improvement framework aligned with business goals.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operations excellence, digital transformation, or process improvement in telecom, IT, or infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in business process re-engineering, analytics, and digital transformation.
- Strong background in automation, AI/ML, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
- Experience with BI tools and performance reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, change leadership, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (C1 level according to CEFR).
