Responsibilities

You will support the adoption of new technologies and operational models.
You lead training and capability-building programs to enhance digital skills.
You will act as a bridge between business, IT, and operations teams.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in operations excellence, digital transformation, or process improvement in telecom, IT, or infrastructure.
Proven expertise in business process re-engineering, analytics, and digital transformation.
Strong background in automation, AI/ML, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
Experience with BI tools and performance reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management, change leadership, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Fluency in English (C1 level according to CEFR).
