Plan, create and manage digital campaigns across email, paid digital and retargeting channels (social managed by the Marketing + Brand Manager)
Drive marketing automation design, implementation and optimization using tools such as ActiveCampaign, ensuring workflows support lead conversion
Develop and test landing pages designed for campaign performance and lead generation
Support content updates and integrations in Craft CMS (experience with WordPress or similar platforms a plus)
Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage data flow between Salesforce (SFDC), Monday.com, SAP ByDesign and Qualtrics
Partner with technical resources to connect automation workflows and data structures, including future integration with CDPs such as Hightouch
Use ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to improve ideation, campaign development and operational efficiency
Analyze performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau or Power BI and identify optimization opportunities
Ensure all digital campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM and related regulations; coordinate with the VP of Marketing on any policy changes
Work closely with cross-functional partners to align digital efforts with overall marketing goals
Conduct A/B testing and implement performance improvements

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or relevant experience.
1–4 years of experience in B2B or professional services marketing
Experience managing campaigns within an established marketing automation system
Understanding of partner channel strategy and integrated marketing
Familiarity with ActiveCampaign or similar marketing automation platforms
Experience using Craft CMS, WordPress, or other content management systems (CMS)
Understanding of Salesforce, Monday.com, or other CRM tools, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams to guide campaign integrations and system connections
Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS for troubleshooting email or landing page issues
Working knowledge of data structures, automation logic, and customer data platforms (CDPs) such as Hightouch
Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms to enhance ideation and workflow efficiency
Strong analytical skills with tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms
Solid understanding of A/B testing, optimization, and marketing compliance regulations
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and curious, with a balance of creativity, precision, and strategic thinking.
