- Business Analytics Specialist supporting the reporting and data analytic needs of Aetna’s provider digital tools. Partnering with the digital business team to drive value and insights.
Responsibilities
- Support the reporting and data analytic needs for value capture and metric driven management of Aetna’s provider digital tools
- Partner and support the Provider Digital business team
- Perform data analysis and issue research
- Participate in business and technical projects to assess reporting impacts
- Consult with internal clients to implement data solutions to business problems
- Collaborate with business partners to develop predictive modeling and performance metrics
- Participate in the implementation of information strategy and development of information products
Requirements
- 3 – 4+ years related work experience
- Business experience leading analyses and ad-hoc data analysis
- Proven experience with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx/Dataiku, QuickBase, and PowerBI
- Ability to communicate statistical and technical ideas to non-technical clients
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects
- Experience working in a data warehouse environment
- Proven experience validating reporting requirements through interviews and workshops
- Knowledge of healthcare business application systems is desired
