Requirements

• Degree in Public Administration, Public Policy Management, Education, Design, or related fields;
• Postgraduate degree in Project Management, agile methodologies (desirable);
• Knowledge of the public policy lifecycle (desirable);
• Experience in government innovation projects (desirable);
• Experience managing social projects;
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies applied to innovation projects;
• Experience with research and co-creation involving users of products and services;
• Knowledge of public education;
• Experience designing workshops and facilitating groups;
• Experience with project indicators, monitoring, and evaluation;
• Proficiency with management tools;
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments, continuously learn, and contribute to knowledge generation;
• Systemic vision of public education and proposed solutions, with the ability to propose innovations;
• Ability to develop and apply processes, methodologies, and tools useful for advancing strategic design at the Institute;
• Ability to build relationships, establish connections, and reach consensus with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
