About the role

  • Brainstorm and develop design concepts that align with strategic goals outlined in creative briefs.
  • Generate high-quality layouts and visual solutions for a range of agency and client projects.
  • Collaborate with copywriters to ensure visual and verbal storytelling work seamlessly together.
  • Select, retouch, and manipulate images to elevate creative concepts.
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready files for both digital and print deliverables.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite to design across multiple media formats and support other designers when needed.
  • Partner with art directors and copywriters to create and deliver dynamic presentations.
  • Participate in occasional client discussions to help bring ideas to life.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of design experience, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency environment.
  • Proven concepting and design skills with a strong sense of typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing across multiple channels including print, digital, social, experiential, video and more.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while staying organized.
  • Naturally curious, open to feedback, and motivated to grow and learn new skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and process.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Experience with After Effects or Premiere is a plus.
  • UX design experience is a bonus.
