About the role

  • Lead the production and coordination of drawing sets from concept through construction administration.
  • Collaborate with designers, consultants, and fabricators to ensure the design intent is carried through to completion.
  • Produce detailed interior architectural plans, elevations, sections, and custom millwork drawings.
  • Review and incorporate building codes, ADA standards, and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve design and technical issues.
  • Participate in site visits, field verifications, and construction observations.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in interior architecture, with a focus on high-end residential or boutique commercial/hospitality projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing
  • Knowledge of materials, finishes, and custom fabrication
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture or related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment
