About the role

• Design Project Manager overseeing the marketing team's design direction at bbf in Limassol, Cyprus. Coordinating with agencies and contractors to ensure brand consistency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the design workflow within the marketing team - from task brief to final delivery
• Coordinate with agencies and freelancers on design tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
• Develop creative concepts and work with agencies on the creation of digital ads and visuals for social media and other platforms
• Build and manage a network of design and production contractors
• Collect information from different departments to prepare briefs, all creative deliverables (brochures, presentations, banners, flyers, digital assets, stands, etc.) & ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and match the company’s visual style
• Track and control budgets for design and production
• Manage and build a video and photo bank
• Work with printing agencies - select paper, finishes, and check production quality

Requirements

• Strong managerial mindset combined with excellent taste and visual judgment
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in design or creative project management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or agency environments
• Education is valued but not a deciding factor; practical understanding of design and marketing processes is key
• Ideally, you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a Marketing-related field; experience in the real estate sector will be considered an advantage
• Hands-on software proficiency (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is not required; our focus is on coordination, direction, and creative oversight
• Proven experience managing designers and coordinating with external vendors - able to stand ground, prioritize effectively, and keep tasks moving
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek or Russian will be considered an advantage.
