About the role

  • Personal Insurance Account Manager at Dean & Draper Insurance Agency, LP handling customer inquiries and providing insurance solutions. Responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide service to existing clients related to updating policies, providing quotes, taking payments, answering questions, and providing documentation.
  • Answer customer calls and correspondence regarding new or existing insurance policies and service all claims.
  • Work with new clients or support a producer in understanding their needs and finalizing coverage.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the agency management system.

Requirements

  • Hold the insurance license required by your state
  • Have a minimum of two years of insurance account management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and usages
  • Strong customer focus and an excellent phone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent math and reading skills to perform calculations
  • Excellent time management skills with a personal accountability mindset
  • Technology and computer proficiency, including agency management systems
