Responsibilities

• Design stable, reliable, and effective databases
• Develop database structures, stored procedures, functions, reports, scripts, and more
• Optimize and maintain legacy systems to ensure flawless performance
• Modify databases according to requests and rigorously perform tests
• Solve complex database performance and business logic issues
• Collaborate with developers to improve applications and establish standard methodologies
• Gather user and product requirements to identify and implement new features
• Provide data management support to users, ensuring seamless operation
• Ensure all database logic meets company and performance requirements strictly
• Research and suggest innovative database products, services, and protocols

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in developing and administrating sophisticated databases
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven work experience as a Database Developer, preferably using MSSQL
• Hands-on experience with T-SQL, developing complex database structures, stored procedures, functions, reports, etc.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to understand requirements with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate English level for reading/writing documents and daily team meetings
• A standout teammate with superb interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility
