About the role

  • Apply and continuously develop the KARL STORZ Data Governance Framework
  • Promote data governance and master data topics across the company
  • Plan and facilitate workshops to increase data literacy
  • Develop and implement policies for proper data capture
  • Advise business units on improving data quality and operational implementation

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in data governance and data management
  • Basic knowledge of project and change management
  • Analytical thinking and a structured working approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Team player, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for data-driven processes
