About the role

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into the company database
  • Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies
  • Manage a high volume of data entry tasks
  • Maintain data confidentiality and security
  • Communicate any issues or errors to the appropriate parties
  • Assist with general office tasks as needed
  • Meet deadlines and work efficiently with accuracy

Requirements

  • Must be a commutable distance to our Sparta office and able to come in as needed
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience with data entry or administrative tasks preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior
  • *Experience in the construction or home improvement field would be highly valued, though absolutely not required.
