About the role

  • Collaborate with Data Partners and colleagues across the Data Hub to design, develop, integrate and test Data Product features
  • Building data pipelines and products by extracting, transforming, and analyzing data
  • Highlights shortcomings and suggests improvements in current processes
  • Defines, delivers, and adapts specialized products/services to meet customer needs
  • Delivers own small-scale or medium-scale projects by working within an established programme management plan
  • Identifies and evaluates complex expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria
  • Develop and/or deliver a plan for a specific area of responsibility by leading others
  • Manages the development and/or operation of knowledge management system
  • Coordinates across multiple teams to develop medium-term and/or long-term work schedules
  • Analyses key themes using data from a wide range of sources
  • Takes responsibility for implementing a team's formal development framework

Requirements

  • Workday Reporting experience
  • Power BI experience
  • Workday Prism experience
  • SQL coding experience
  • Proactively build and maintain customer relationships, to meet current and future business needs
  • Demonstrate Strong analytical / analysis capabilities
  • Maintain high levels of process and system knowledge
