- Data Architect and Analytics Lead role in defining data architecture and analytics strategy for global applications team. Overseeing BI and Data Analytics solutions for business value in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the organization’s data architecture strategy, governance framework, and analytics roadmap.
- Design and implement BI and Data Analytics solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights and business value.
- Develop and execute enterprise data architecture strategies that enhance data quality, integration, and accessibility.
- Establish and manage data governance frameworks, standards, and processes to ensure data consistency and compliance.
- Design and maintain data platforms, including databases, warehouses, and data lakes.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to strengthen data management, analytics capabilities, and long-term platform scalability.
- Participate in architectural reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy and standards.
- Translate business requirements into effective data models, data flows, and analytics solutions.
- Design and deliver end-to-end BI and Analytics solutions, including data integration (ETL/ELT), transformation, visualization, and reporting.
- Lead project execution from design to deployment, including migration, testing, documentation, and user training.
- Manage internal and external technical experts to deliver high-quality data and analytics projects on time.
- Provide operational support and continuously improve existing data solutions and analytics applications.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to align initiatives with strategic goals.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Promote data-driven decision-making and foster a culture of knowledge sharing across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Architect, Analytics Lead, or similar data-focused role in an enterprise environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Fluency in English. Additional languages such as Czech or French are an advantage.
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or similar credential.
- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Data Engineer or Power BI.
