About the role
- Data & Analytics Manager leading the growth of LATAM data capabilities at Qualifinds. Building and leading a high-performing team delivering data platforms and advanced analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and growth of the Data & Analytics capability for LATAM
- Manage end-to-end delivery of data engineering, analytics, BI, and governance for LATAM
- Partner with regional and corporate stakeholders to define priorities, standards, and operating model
- Hire, mentor, and scale a cross-functional team while ensuring compliance, data quality, security, and measurable business impact
- Design and deploy LATAM governance, policies, metadata, lineage, stewardship
- Deliver dashboards, reports, predictive models aligned to business priorities
- Partner with regional business to prioritize use cases and measure ROI
- Enforce access controls, encryption, and privacy practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 8+ years in data, analytics, or BI roles, with 3+ years in a people-leadership/manager role.
- Proven experience building and scaling data teams
- Track record implementing data governance, data quality, and metadata management programs.
- Hands-on background delivering cloud-native data platforms and analytics.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to design analytics use cases.
- Strong project, vendor, and stakeholder management experience.
- Fluent in spoken and written English for executive-level presentations and technical documentation.
