About the role

  • Support the team in driving various data initiatives
  • Collaborate with data professionals and stakeholders to create business value through data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with various business functions, gaining broad exposure, building knowledge and experience with banking processes and products
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities by leveraging data-driven insights
  • Supporting to collect requirements using a variety of methods - such as data analysis, interviews, document analysis, work shadowing and process reviews
  • Working independently to extract and analyze data using predetermined tools, methods, and formats to create business insights
  • Performing data pre-processing, including for example data cleaning and integration, and support data engineering activities
  • Applying and developing data analysis methods to various situations, sourcing data from multiple data sources
  • Designing, developing and maintaining various data and analytics reports and dashboards, and securing documentation for developed codes and analytics solutions
  • Supporting Analytics Engineers and Data Scientists with execution of Analytics cases and Data Science projects
  • Supporting interpretation of advances and predictive analytics data, using specialized software tools and functionalities
  • Supporting the creation of machine learning algorithms by applying standard statistical analysis or data preparation methods

Requirements

  • Graduated within the past two years, or will graduate before the programme starts on 1st September 2026 – from a relevant academic degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership
  • Great communication skills and to be able to work in English
  • Skills in programming: R or Python for data analysis, SQL for query and manipulating databases
  • Knowledge of Data Visualization tools – such as Tableau, PowerBI or Looker
  • An understanding of statistical concepts and methods
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to ensure implementation of analytics cases
