- Develop high quality and accurate data insights, solutions, and strategies that address key business challenges and drive strategic decision-making for the organization, including adequate design, testing, and experimentation
- Efficiently collect, process, manage, and ensure the data quality of large datasets; build and monitor reliable data pipelines that adhere to data protection standards; and ensure work is fully traceable and replicable through written documentation, enabling the organization to handle increasing data volume and complexity

Requirements
- Graduate of Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or engineering courses; or 1-2 years of experience in related work
- Solid programming fundamentals (Python)
- Proficiency in relational databases and SQL
- Familiarity with data visualization, preferably using business intelligence/dashboarding tools
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and proven ability to collaborate within a team
- Nice-to-have: Experience with cloud services like GCP BigQuery
- Experience in Python for data science, strong math and statistics skills, experience with AI/ML
- Familiarity with ELT frameworks and data transformation, experience with non-relational databases, data cleaning, or working with API endpoints
