About the role
- Collect and organize data from various internal and external sources;
- Perform data analyses using appropriate tools and techniques;
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators;
- Assist in identifying trends and patterns in the data that can contribute to improving business processes;
- Collaborate with other teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support;
- Participate in meetings and presentations to communicate findings and data-driven recommendations;
- Ensure the integrity and quality of the data collected and analyzed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Intermediate English for reading and interpreting scientific articles and technical documentation.
- Good communication skills to present data and insights clearly and concisely, and ease of working in a team;
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and solve problems analytically;
- Experience working in data analysis or Data Governance areas;
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis methodologies and best practices;
- Basic knowledge of data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar;
- Familiarity with data analysis tools: SQL, Python, or R;

- Knowledge of statistics and quantitative analysis methodologies;
- Experience with git, Docker, Spring Boot, and Python;
- Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres);

- Knowledge of Hadoop architectures and Apache Spark;
- Knowledge of ETL tools such as Pentaho PDI or similar;
