About the role

  • Build and maintain dynamic data dashboards, KPI trackers, and weekly performance reports
  • Interpret and present data insights to support executive decision-making
  • Develop automated systems for data entry, validation, and reporting workflows
  • Provide executive support, including scheduling, documentation, and communication follow-ups
  • Manage sensitive business information with discretion and professionalism
  • Draft summaries, reports, and visual presentations for meetings and stakeholder updates
  • Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion of executive initiatives
  • Identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities across operations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or operations support role
  • Experience building dashboards, KPI trackers, or performance reports
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, conditional logic, and dashboard design
  • Skilled in data cleaning, analysis, and visualization using Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., AppScript, VBA, Power Query) to streamline reporting processes
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
  • Highly organized with experience in calendar management, project coordination, and stakeholder follow-ups
