Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for new Danish-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless transition into Google Ads campaigns.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients during their onboarding phase.
Guide clients through setup, optimization, and campaign management processes.
Explain Google Ads concepts clearly and ensure clients understand their campaign strategies and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and analytics teams, to ensure onboarding success.
Track client progress and proactively address any issues or concerns.
Provide training and resources to help clients achieve their advertising goals.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention during onboarding.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads updates, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Fluent Danish (C1+) — excellent written and spoken communication skills.
English proficiency (B2 level minimum).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
Prior experience in onboarding, account management, or digital marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
