About the role
- D365 Implementation Manager overseeing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation for Belmont Lavan Ltd. Leading project management, training, and support efforts over a 12-month contract.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of D365, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the system meets organizational needs.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring that milestones are met.
- Develop and execute training programs to ensure users are proficient in utilizing D365 effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation process, ensuring project quality and adherence to timelines.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation, facilitating continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Implementation Manager or similar role, with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- In-depth knowledge of D365 functionalities and capabilities across various modules.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
