Responsibilities
- Lead the team of consultants and coordinators responsible for deploying forensic solutions, corporate investigations, client training, and ongoing digital forensic services;
- Manage projects and contracts, ensuring technical quality, adherence to deadlines, SLAs, and delivery volumes;
- Oversee the delivery of technical trainings and deployments (onsite and online), in partnership with TechBiz Academy;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, trust, and perceived value;
- Define, monitor, and report performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management;
- Promote innovation and disseminate best practices within the services area;
- Ensure contract renewals by delivering continuous value and maintaining long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Strong experience in managing technical services or consulting, preferably in incident response, digital forensics, or cybersecurity projects;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile) and service management (ITIL or similar);
- Experience with continuous operations/managed contracts, such as information security outsourcing, SOCs, or forensic labs;
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with a focus on results and prioritization;
- Advanced English, with the ability to communicate with international vendors.
