About the role

  • Customer Transition Manager at Finastra managing client onboarding during contract transitions and migrations. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and improve satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, transitions, or service changes
  • Manage customer communications with professionalism and clarity
  • Support the execution of financial contract changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Legal, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline internal processes
  • Coordinate small-scale projects or workstreams related to client transitions or service delivery

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within financial services, fintech, or a related industry
  • Background in sales, account management, or client onboarding involving financial contracts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
  • Basic project coordination or project management skills, including task tracking and stakeholder updates
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with contract transfer processes (e.g., novation), though not essential
  • Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
