About the role

  • Role based in Greece with option to work remotely or on-site; part of fast-paced team with flexible hours and growth opportunities.
  • Manage incoming chat, mail or phone calls.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools.
  • Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (C1 - C2)
  • Very good command of English (B2 – C1)
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
